4. Feedback. This is a must. The market is forever changing and so are its segments, because of this, your niche marketing should be ever evolving. Factors like competition and innovations may require you to make adjustments on how you handle the market. Always get feedback from your customers, try and get some testimonials and a few words from them on how you can improve your business, this can be great research and also keeps you ahead of the competition.
