Thanks for reading this article about article marketing best practices

Every business has its rules, and article marketing is no exception, so keep in mind some simple but vital pointers to the best practices in article writing and distribution.
Clarity is a must. Be concise. You need not run to terseness, but be succinct and get your message across early in the piece, ensuring that every word thereafter counts as you reinforce your case. The general rule is a word-count range of 450 to 550, but another school of thought allows 400 to 700. Either way, aim for quality over quantity; dont waffle off out to 700 words because you feel you have to, or because you think youre giving the reader more value. He wont see it like that, hell just tune out. By the same token, do not sacrifice clarity for brevity; just choose your words for impact. Make every statement meaningful.
Another good practice is to keep sentences short and pithy. They make more impression that way.
What does a real estate agent always cry? Location, location, location. Its a similar mantra with your article writing quality, quality, quality. The experts will stress to you over and over that quality of presentation matters infinitely more than quantity or accompanying images or anything else. If youre not a good writer, hire one. Its not expensive, and it makes a crucial difference to have good grammar, spelling, punctuation and syntax. To be honest, mind, most people these days will overlook a minor grammatical blue, but never bad spelling.
So now to your follow-through, and you must make sure that you deliver what your title has promised. Readers go to a lot of time and some trouble surfing sites for whatever purposes, and will lose faith in you instantly if your title claim proves but a flash in the pan. Its an old maxim in business circles: give the customer what he wants and he will reward you.
Sub-titles can be a good idea, but ensure that they only elaborate on the header and do not repeat any of the words from the title. Further sub-headings can be sprinkled through the block to break up the sections and maintain continuity if you feel thats necessary.
Another one of the best practices you can observe in article writing is to forget the sales pitch. Bear in mind that an article reader is seeking information, assistance or advice, and will quickly become frustrated if he senses that youre simply trying to sell him something. If your plan is to write barely disguised commercials, then youre probably better off going down the press release path.
A popular practice, also, is to update your writer profile with a photo, and any relevant experience. Include education, work experience and awards youve won, together with any freelance experience youve had. This may well include the fact that youre, say, a published author of short stories or poetry, as it reinforces your proficiency as a wordsmith.
If you keep in mind all these practice tips, you will do well with your article marketing campaign.
In the end, I’d like to suggest that you can buy articles Buy Articles like this one from reputable content providers and regularly update your website with fresh content

Taradel LLC Launches EveryDoorDirectMail.com, Turnkey Flyer Printing and Direct Mail Website

Direct mail just got easier.

Richmond, VA (PRWEB) May 04, 2011

Taradel LLC announced today the launch of a new website, EveryDoorDirectMail.com, in support of the popular new simplified mailing program from the USPS. The new website contains high quality content such as direct mail videos, articles, and marketing best practices, along with turnkey direct mail products designed specifically for small business budgets.

Visitors to EveryDoorDirectMail.com can target households and businesses, anywhere in the country, via an innovative “point and click” mapping technology dubbed U-Select. Combined with Taradel’s affordable graphic design and flyer printing rates, small business owners can design, print, and mail giant full-color glossy flyers for as low as $ 0.29 per home, including postage.

Before the USPS offered Every Door Direct Mail, coordinating a direct mail marketing campaign was considered a difficult process. In those days, selecting and purchasing a mailing list, plus registering for mailing permits, and paying fees for ink-jetting and tabbing, was outside the realm of possibilities for many small businesses. With Every Door Direct Mail, even the smallest “Mom and Pop” businesses have access to the same marketing strategies used by national retailers.

“We have removed the traditional hassles of the direct mail process by developing superior technologies that simultaneously reduce costs,” remarked Chris Barr, director of marketing for Taradel. “There is no easier or more effective way to deliver a solo mail offer to your target audience. As a result, the early response has been tremendous”

Earlier adapters to the program include pizza restaurants, medical practices, realtors, and general contractors, industries that rely heavily on print advertising.

“Our mailers bring in more than seven times what they cost us to produce,” said one pizza shop owner in Cincinnati, OH. “We have a 25% net increase in sales over the previous year as a result.”

Get Cash For Your Opinion’s Generous Affiliate Program Raises Eyebrows

(PRWEB) June 3, 2004

The fanatically popular website, Get Cash For Your Opinion Dot Com, has made it clear that it will continue to pay its affiliates an 80% commission. This is virtually unheard of in the business world. It is unclear why the company would maintain such unusually high commissions when they have no shortage of applicants for their affiliate program. A spokesman for the company says, “Our program has been a dream come true; everyone wants to get paid for taking surveys; our affiliates deserve to be rewarded for spreading the word.”

Many people still do not know what an affiliate program is. An affiliate program is a mutually beneficial way for two parties to promote a product. The affiliate simply recommends the merchant’s product to others, usually through a link on his website. He is then paid a commission for this (usually 10-40 %).

In the case of Get Cash For Your Opinion Dot Com, its affiliate program has been successful because the affiliates themselves use the service. In addition to receiving four fifths of all revenue they bring to the company, they themselves fill out surveys for extra money (affiliates are not required to purchase the product). They believe in the product and therefore promote it with more enthusiasm, which causes them to make even more money. “This is a dynamic that we never want to abandon” says James Smith, affiliate director for the company. “If it means paying double or even triple what other companies pay, then so be it. You can’t argue with our success and we have a lot of good will as a result”

When pressed to explain how they can afford such high commissions, Mr. Smith admitted that the company spends next to nothing on advertising. “We don’t have to. Our affiliates take care of all the marketing for us. There are millions of people who would love to get paid just for filling out surveys. Our affiliates simply refer them to us and get paid well for it. Everyone makes money; the customer, the affiliate, and our company.” When asked if the company needed anymore affiliates, Mr. Smith’s response was, “We are always looking for high-producing affiliates. However, we impose no minimum on our lower-producing affiliates.”

Get Cash For Your Opinion Dot Com’s exaggerate affiliate commissions are possible because advertising expenses are eliminated, which can otherwise be substantial. The affiliates are rewarded with 80% commissions because they are successful, and they are successful because they are selling a product that sells itself: the opportunity to make money just for expressing your opinions, with no luck or skill required.

Anyone interested in learning more about Get Cash For Your Opinion Dot Com can visit their website at: http://www.getcashforyouropinion.com/

Get Cash For Your Opinion Dot Com sells a program that gives consumers access to hundreds of companies that are willing to pay them cash for their opinions. The program is backed buy a 90 day money-back guarantees and there are virtually no charge-backs. Get Cash For Your Opinion is at the forefront of a quickly expanding new industry and welcomes any new affiliates or other interested parties. Please send an e-mail to: [email protected]

People Will Spend Money

It all starts with a willingness to spend money within the market and if this is not clearly the case you will be likely wasting your time and energy. In order for business success to be achieved in any market segment there must be a ‘demand’ and money being spent! You must have both or it is time to look elsewhere!

Product Opportunities are Many

Here is where our search the ‘ultimate’ niche market digs a bit deeper since now we are looking for a marketplace that offers various and unexplored product opportunities. These opportunities should be multiple and non-exhaustive! This allows for a better chance to create multiple streams of income and helps protect against the marketplace falling completely out of favor. The only limitation you face in a marketplace like this is your own imagination!

Ongoing Demand

Trends are great, especially if you catch them as their popularity is increasing, but consistent, long term and ongoing demands are even better! This allows you to develop a deeper expertise while also establishing a certain dominance. Typically a market like this is flooded with competition but if there is money to be made, and you are in it for the ‘long haul’, markets like these have grown many profitable businesses!

In every case the niche you select to work in must display a willingness by the people to spend money! When possible it would be great to have an keen interest in your niche selection but often your own passions do not always make for profitable businesses. In every case however, you do want your niche market to possess the 3 characteristics we discussed above. The marketing opportunities in a selection with these characteristics are not only ‘abundant’ but long lasting as well! Basing your selection upon a passion is important to be sure, but not always profitable. Choosing a market with a strong and long lasting demand that also shows the potential for many product opportunities dramatically increases your chances for business success.

Thanks for reading this article about what is affiliate marketing

If you are reading this article I am going to assume that you have basic understanding of what affiliate marketing is. I am now going to expand and give you a few ideas on where to advertise your vendors website; some of these may be obvious but others not. All you need to get started is the referral hop link URL and the HTML code the vendor provides.

The first is obvious, your website, blog, tweet, Facebook and/or MySpace. It’s free and easy to make a blog, you can blog about anything you would like-I do suggest though that you do write something on the same topic of the product you are promoting. After every page or so just stick a one liner in something like this:

If you enjoyed my article/blog about so and so then you may be interested in this product. Cheezy I know but it works. I found Facebook headlines work astoundingly well especially if you have a lot of friends.

Just say something like: Hey everyone, I found this great product about. (Insert Product here) you might be interested in. Then when your friends ask you about the product you can promote it even further.

Word of mouth has been proven time and time again the most effective advertising method. Next MySpace makes it very easy to insert the HTML code so I wont give an in depth explanation. As for twitter, tweet to your hearts content about your product.

Now that we have the most common methods out of the way lets look at some others. Forum signatures, writing reviews on products, eBooks, yahoo answers, and Google AdWords. Other offline methods are friends, business cards, flyers, posters, and classified ads. Lets start with forum writing and the signatures, if you are an avid forum poster then this could be one of the best free ways around.

For those of you who do not know what a forum signature is, it what always appears at the bottom of your posts. Now lets say now that you are promoting a movie website. You can start by compiling a list of movie forums, then you search the forums for every place that a user asks for a good site to watch streaming movies. You then come to there aid-or so they think and give them a totally unbiased representation of your product, or so they think. The same is true for yahoo answers.

The next great way to promote products is to write reviews of the products at places such as Google products. Again give an “unbiased” review of your product.

Google AdWords is a CPC program or cost per click which is almost guaranteed to get you traffic, but there is a catch. You will get a lot more traffic but you are paying for it.

I will go into even more techniques in my next article!

Thanks for reading this article about what is a niche market

If you’ve been surfing the internet long enough, you may have encountered the term “Niche Marketing” over and over again. If this is a foreign term to you or may have not come up with a clear definition of what niche marketing is all about, I’ll do my best to explain to you as easy and painless as possible.

Before we move on, generally, niche marketing is used by small business owners, sole proprietors, bloggers or website owners, who have small resources at their disposal. They can’t compete with large scale companies so they turn into this marketing strategy to lessen the competition and find their targeted audience with the hope of gaining streams of income.

So let’s continue, I won’t dwell in any technical definitions or terms like subsets in the market, it would be more confusing that way, let’s just make it simple and short. Let’s define what is a niche, the word niche simply means specific; it pertains to specific products, services or resources that you can promote and sell to their specific targeted audience. Instead of convincing everyone to buy a “specific” real estate in the tropical region, you will only focus to “specific” people who are interested in buying them, like retirees. Let me show two examples (these are for illustrative purposes only).

Example No. 1

If you want to sell books or want to put up your own online bookstore, you can’t easily compete with amazon.com or barnesandnoble.com. Although competition is difficult, you may still be able to acquire a small share in the market by finding a niche or a specific product. The product here are books, it’s very general, so let’s be specific (niche) what kind of books are you passionate about? Let’s say books about blogging because you are a blogger. By being specific, you can be more focused, and because you are a blogger, you can easily understand the needs, wants and demands of your customers. With this scenario you can now develop marketing strategies to easily drive customers to your website or blog, which is selling specific books about blogging.

Example No. 2

You are planning to put up a website or blog, you want to monetize it and earn from it. Your targeted audience are people who love pets. Now pets are very general, let’s say you have knowledge about dogs and want to talk about dogs, well, still not specific. Go further, you may want to focus with the dogs listed below.

Dalmatians
Golden Retriever
Doberman
Chihuahua
Great Dane

Upon doing this, you have successfully chosen a set of specific topics, from these you can now choose your niche market. Are you going to create one website or blog discussing all five types of dogs? Yes you may, but if you can, it would be better to put up one website or blog for each and promote them separately. You will be more focused, you can target a specific audience and you can sell specific products to each of them more easily. And if you are using AdSense, with five websites or blogs working for you, the possibility of earning more from it will be higher. So whenever you encounter the term niche marketing again, just remember the plain English word specific.

Blog Promotion and Optimization

In this video I discuss the basic concepts behind what a niche market actually is and why an independent fashion or apparel brand needs to develop one and market to one. This is the first…

Thanks for reading this article about niche marketing

If you do not know where to start with niche marketing, start from your heart!

Building a business in an industry you know and love, should be your first priority, as they say, if your work is something you love, then it is no longer work.

When looking at a new business, studying a specific segment of your chosen market can be the key to a highly targeted and profitable work at home business opportunity.

Niche Marketing – The Beginning of something special in four simple steps:

1. Research. Primarily, do a self research and realize what can keep you going. Business is not all about accumulating money. In fact, you may need to lose a lot in the process in order to achieve higher returns. Choose a niche that’s consistent with your own passion so it can fuel you to keep moving forward in times of crisis.

2. Test. Do an initial test for your niche marketing. You can’t assume without giving your market segment a trial. Even if you have identified that a particular niche is your passion, you have to ensure that there is an opportunity for the niche. Be realistic and get response from your target market segment.

3. Implement. Carry out your business ideas using methods that work. Be clear with your message and use a language that can relate to your niche. You must be able to address their exact needs and show an understanding of the issues they’re going through. Only through this can you really win the heart of your market segment and have a successful and easy internet business.

4. Feedback. This is a must. The market is forever changing and so are its segments, because of this, your niche marketing should be ever evolving. Factors like competition and innovations may require you to make adjustments on how you handle the market. Always get feedback from your customers, try and get some testimonials and a few words from them on how you can improve your business, this can be great research and also keeps you ahead of the competition.

Niche marketing is no doubt one of the most interesting marketing methods online, it can also be easily and cheaply attacked by any online entrepreneur.

Michael has been marketing online for many years and is an expert in niche marketing. Thanks for reading this article about what is a niche market

What is niche market?

This is a very specific market in a larger market industry. It focuses or specializes on your particular goods and services which makes them special and which then causes reduction of competition.

What’s niche marketing?

It is promoting a unique or even more identified niche coming from a vast class of goods. One particular niche market can be Liquid Crystal Display Monitor. Monitor is a broad term and may be tougher to sell and have traffic for your internet site simply because monitor is really a broad term and there will be a lot competition. You need to narrow it down, specify and specialize it so that the clients searching for LCD Monitor can simply find it.

Why is niche marketing important?

Niche market has an important role once we talk about the success and achievement one’s business online. If we desire our online business to develop, you need to determine first who’re the folks thinking about buying your products or services, who are the people interested and what goods and services you specializes with your market. Target audience can be the source of the business downfall if you don’t have this. Most business are unsuccessful because they failed to consider their target audience or possible clients which is the only source of profit or income in business world.

First you will need to select a product or service of your choice very carefully and see that you are interested in this kind of product. To stay in the safer side, it’s better if you choose a product which has a frequent demand. Perform an investigation so that you could determine whether the product that you picked definitely sell very well. When the demand of this product goes up and you wish to succeed in your home business, you should get a niche market to sell your product. Take note that niche market can help you only to pay attention to your customers without being worried about the others. You also should promote your product and have much more knowledge about its niche marketing.

In case you are thinking what niche market are the best to buy then sell goods and services, it must be a group of people or entrepreneurs who share common interest and needs in business, that are acknowledged and satisfies their client that are also a niche group. They must be the kind of a group that can either sell or buy your products or services to earn a profit for you and also for them.

Once you make content in your website, it has to be clear and objective. You should select the words and phrases that are familiar or widely used for your customers. It’s also wise to make use of technical terms or keywords but be sure that the customers know what the word means. You must advertise your website to attract or contact more and more people from visiting your site. It should also be user-friendly and is well-arranged or is presentable so that the page viewers won’t be having a hard time exploring your website.

Strategic Alliances Build Better Web Site ROI, Says Internet Marketing Expert

(PRWEB) August 17, 2006

Business owners who want to build better web site ROI can easily maximize their investment by teaming up in strategic alliance partnerships with other companies, according to Derek Gehl, CEO of The Internet Marketing Center and author of the best-selling “Insider Secrets to Marketing Your Business on the Internet.”

“When you’re running an online business, you always have to be on the lookout for ways to add new streams of income to your site,” he says.

“With the right business partner, you can put your existing products in front of new customers and get fresh new products to sell to your existing customers. You can also pool your knowledge and resources to save money or create new products.”

Gehl explains that business owners interested in forming strategic alliances should be creative when considering their partnership options. They should look for products and services that complement their own and expand their market reach.

He suggests that online entrepreneurs identify what their niche market needs that they can’t provide, then find out who does fulfill those needs and consider how the two businesses can help one another. Both online and offline enterprises can make excellent strategic alliance partners.

“Strategic-alliance and joint-venture opportunities are everywhere,” Gehl says. “If you keep yourself open to the possibilities, there’s no limit to where you can take your business. Just make sure you research your potential partners carefully and contact them in a professional manner.

“Come to the table fully armed with all the best reasons why it’s in their best interest to do business with you — and before you know it, you’ll be helping each other build your bottom lines.”

Thanks for reading this article about what is a niche market

When it comes to creating a new blog, assuming that your goal and direction is to make an income from the blog, there is always a decision to be made on what to blog about. There is a requirement to balance between blogging about something you love, joy and are passionate about, or a niche or industry that is a sure fire way to make you money.

The battle between blogging about what you love, or choosing a niche that’s profitable.

When it comes to blogging about something you’re passionate about, there are a lot of things in your favor. Primarily, writing posts and articles about something you love tends to come very easily, and can be a great pleasure. This is a big advantage, because in the world of blogging – those who consistently and persistently post and add content are those who come out on top. Fresh content on a daily basis by someone who knows what they’re talking about and are enthusiastic equals higher traffic and greater readership.

However, there can be a downside to all this. Your chosen niche may not be able to produce an income. Unfortunately, some subjects and areas of interests either relate to an audience who are not prepared to spend money, or only hold the interest of a small amount of people – not enough to increase your traffic to the point where you can make enough money compared to the amount of effort you put in.

Whereas at the other end of the scale, if you find a marketplace that generates sales consistently and is well-known to do so, then success is much easier to achieve – as the buyers are already there, looking for the product or solution, and are ready to pay. Enter one of these niches, and you should be able to achieve high levels of traffic along with an income to match. Now, the trouble is that if it is not something you have a great interest in or enjoy, the process of posting to the blog every day can become tedious or monotonous.

So how do you strike the balance?

One of the best techniques is to come up with a list of well-known niches that are proven to produce money. Once you have built a list, you should be able to find at least one or two things you would be willing to blog about.

To sum up, you need to do some research beforehand to understand whether your chosen niche will be profitable in the long run. If not, you may be an idea to abandon the niche, or just keep it as a hobby blog i.e. not an income producer. If you can develop the right mindset to blog in a niche that you’re not particularly interested in, then this can be ideal to enter an “evergreen”, income producing marketplace.
